i want to join but i have an existing injury.
We are a gym that is here to help with all fitness levels. Do not let intimidation be the reason you are not choosing to change your lifestyle. We have accommodations for all members. We also include recovery into all of our memberships to help heal your injury and also to help prevent future injuries. Our classes are also sorted by different categories for you to choose what you want to train and what you want to recover.

what is the minimum age?
We accept members as young as 16. Members that are younger than 18 will require a parent signature. We also kindly ask that all of our members are respectful towards our gym and our members.

why are there only 7 members per class?
We have limited size classes to ensure that all of our members are able to get fair attention during your training session. By having more members, we cannot guarantee that you will get proper attention which in the end can result in injury or improper results.
If semi private training is new to you, it’s similar to having a personal trainer but at a discounted rate and in a small group setting.

can i come in just for recovery?
Yes! We now offer recovery only memberships for $150 per month unlimited.

what makes your gym different?
We are not a traditional gym nor are we a CrossFit gym. We are a gym that is here to help you establish a sustainable lifestyle change by helping you progress in muscle building, partaking in recovery, and establishing a sustainable eating routine. All of our memberships include these components. Gorilla House is not just your average gym. We will hold you accountable if we see you are slacking to help you gain the discipline a healthy lifestyle takes.
